Job Summary
We are looking to expand our team of financial consultants in a fully remote environment. This is an entry-level position available on a part-time or full-time basis. Through our in-depth training program, you will learn how to diagnose the needs of individuals and families, discuss their financial goals, and create roadmaps to achieve them using our comprehensive financial solutions.
Areas of focus include:
- Getting out of debt
- Budgeting
- Retirement Planning
- Wealth Accumulation
- College Planning
- Investments
- Rollovers
- Annuities
- Roth IRA
- Insurance
Schedule
You create your own schedule, with the exception of mandatory weekly training:
- Tuesday: 8pm EST / 5pm PST
- Saturday: 12pm EST / 9am PST
Important Note: You do not have to quit your current job to join us. This opportunity is structured to meet you where you are.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their financial aspirations and craft personalized strategies.
- Participate actively in our comprehensive training program.
- Shadow experienced advisors during client meetings.
- Analyze client financial data to identify opportunities for growth and risk management.
- Present tailored financial solutions that align with client needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Complete and maintain necessary licensing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Study, learn, and execute with on-the-job training.
- Shadow client meetings, plan designs, and presentations.
- Analyze client financials to determine needs and risk tolerance.
- Review and recommend available options for clients.
- Follow industry ethics and standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or client interaction (2-3 years recommended).
- Ability to engage with clients and craft personalized strategies.
- Willingness to participate in comprehensive training.
- Proven track record of self-motivation and accountability.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to ethical standards and integrity.
Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Background check required.
- Willing to obtain a state license (Life, Accident, and Health) if not already held.

Compensation
$75,000 per year.
