This is a 100% remote position with the option to work hybrid from the Chicago, IL metro area.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of GTM Enablement & Programs, the GTM Enablement Specialist will support the execution of training, content, and tools that enable our Sales and Customer Success teams to perform at a high level. This role is ideal for someone early in their career looking to grow in GTM operations or enablement within a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding programs for new Sales and Customer Success team members by managing logistics, tracking completion, and maintaining training content
  • Maintain and organize enablement materials such as playbooks, messaging decks, onboarding guides, and certification tracks
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of ongoing enablement initiatives such as product training, methodology sessions, and sales skill workshops
  • Manage scheduling, communications, and follow-up activities for all internal training programs
  • Maintain and support the enablement platform (e.g., Showpad & Magentrix LMS), ensuring content is current, accessible, and well-organized
  • Track and report on enablement program participation and impact metrics (e.g., onboarding progress, tool adoption, training completions)
  • Serve as a liaison between Revenue Operations and field teams to gather feedback, identify needs, and implement improvements
  • Stay current on Keeper's platform and GTM strategies to ensure enablement materials stay relevant and aligned

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in enablement, sales operations, or a related support function within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with GTM motions across Sales and CSM teams
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work cross-functionally with different stakeholder groups
  • Experience with enablement tools (e.g., Showpad, LMS), CRMs like Salesforce, and content management platforms preferred
  • Preferred working knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM), including core concepts and real-world application
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
