What You'll Do

• Meet with candidates one-on-one (virtually or in person) to assess skills, goals, and career direction
• Guide job seekers through resume reviews, interview prep, and job search strategies tied to real market trends
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to match candidate aspirations with open opportunities
• Document interactions and track outcomes in internal systems
• Lead or contribute to workshops, webinars, or small group sessions focused on career readiness and development

What You Bring

• Experience in career counseling, workforce development, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills --- you build trust quickly and explain things clearly
• Ability to read assessments, interpret labor market data, and make practical recommendations
• Comfort with digital tools, video conferencing, and CRM or ATS platforms
• A self-starter mindset --- you manage your schedule, work independently, and show up for a distributed team
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, HR, Psychology, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
