English-Spanish Language Interpreters – Arizona

About the Role

Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking skilled Bilingual Call Center Interpreters for remote, work-from-home opportunities. This role involves interpreting high-volume inbound calls for individuals residing in the United States.

Position Details

• Location: Work from Home (Must reside in the United States)
• Schedule: Full and Part-time available
• Compensation: $15 per hour
• Contract: Long-term
• Training: 3 weeks of paid training (5 am - 12:30 pm Pacific Time)
• Impact: Help community members connect through meaningful work.

• Additional Duties: Video Interpreting will also be required.

Daily Responsibilities

• Handle real-time, on-demand live calls from a quiet home office.
• Interpret Spanish/English conversations across various industries, including Healthcare, Government, Police Services, Insurance, Financial, and Travel & Hospitality.
• Interpret conversations that may range from simple to complex or technical.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Fluency: Fully fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Availability: Able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
• Mandatory Shifts: Monday shifts are required.
• Skills: Manual dexterity for note-taking (typing or writing).
• Experience: Previous experience is not required.
• Assets: Education or work experience in teaching or translation is a plus.
• Comfort: Comfortable being on camera for mandatory video interpreting sessions.

Remote Technical Requirements

• Devices: Use of personal smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop.
• Internet: Private, high-speed internet connection for work-related communications.
• Supplies: Dry Erase Marker Board/Paper Shredder.
• Workspace: A dedicated, private, and quiet workspace within your home.
