About the Role

Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking skilled Bilingual Call Center Interpreters for remote, full-time (37.5 hrs) and part-time (25 hrs) opportunities. This long-term contract position offers $15/hour and includes 3 weeks of paid training.

What You'll Do

• Handle high-volume, real-time inbound calls on demand from a quiet home office.
• Interpret Spanish/English conversations across various industries, including Healthcare, Government, Police Services, Insurance, Financial, and Travel & Hospitality.
• Interpret conversations that may range from simple to complex or technical.
• Potentially engage in video interpreting.

What You'll Need

• Full fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
• Manual dexterity for typing or writing notes.
• Previous experience is not required.
• Experience in teaching or translation is a plus.
• Comfort being on camera for video calls.

Remote Technical Requirements

• Personal device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop).
• Private, high-speed internet connection (satellite internet is not permitted).
• Dry erase marker board or paper shredder.
• A dedicated, private, and quiet workspace.
