About the Role

Kelly® Professional & Industrial has open opportunities for remote Spanish Interpreters. We are currently looking for skilled Bilingual Call Center Interpreters that are available to work from home and interpret high volume inbound calls.

Position Details

• Work from Home (Must reside in the United States)
• Full-time (37.5 hrs) and Part-time (minimum 25 hrs) available
• $15 per hour
• Long-term contract
• 3 Weeks of Paid Training (Training hours: 5 am-12:30 pm Pacific Standard Time)

A Typical Day

• Handle real-time, on-demand calls from a quiet home office.
• Interpret Spanish/English conversations across various industries, including Healthcare, Government, Police Services, Insurance, Financial, and Travel & Hospitality.
• Interpret conversations that may range from simple to complex or technical.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Fully fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Able to commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week.
• Possess manual dexterity for typing or taking notes.
• Previous experience is not required.
• Education or work experience in teaching or translation is considered an asset.
• Comfortable appearing on camera, as video interpreting will be a mandatory part of the role.

Remote Technical Requirements

• A personal device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop).
• A private, high-speed internet connection (satellite internet is not permitted).
• A dry-erase marker board and paper shredder.
• A dedicated, private, and quiet workspace within your home.
