Overview

Kelly is seeking a detail-oriented HR Time Management Analyst to support the North America Time and Attendance system, serving approximately 15,000 employees. This remote position focuses on end-user support, historical time edits, and payroll close cycles.

  • Pay Rate: $30/hr
  • Schedule: CST
  • Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming requests via the Service Now ticketing system.
  • Complete historical edits for pay, attendance, and leave records.
  • Process accrual updates as requested by HR.
  • Generate and create ad hoc reports.
  • Perform mass group edits as required.
  • Troubleshoot access issues for employees and managers.
  • Conduct pay period close procedures, including signing off and processing SAP timefiles for Payroll.
  • Maintain documentation to ensure SOX compliance.
  • Address queries received from call center phones.
  • Serve as the liaison between HR and Superusers regarding system enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to end users.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise software applications preferred (eTime/Kronos-UKG/Payroll/Time and Labor).
  • Strong customer support skills with a focus on timely, high-quality service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
