About the Role

Kelly® Professional & Industrial has open opportunities for remote Spanish Interpreters. We are currently looking for skilled Bilingual Call Center Interpreters that are available to work from home and interpret high volume inbound calls.

Position Details

  • Work from Home (Must reside in the United States)
  • Part-time: Minimum 25 hours per week
  • Pay: $15 per hour
  • Contract: Long-term
  • Training: 3 weeks of paid training, Monday-Friday, 5 AM - 12:30 PM Pacific Standard Time

  • Video Interpreting may also be required.

A Typical Day

  • Handle real-time, live calls on demand from a quiet home office.
  • Interpret Spanish/English conversations across various industries, including Healthcare, Government, Police Services, Insurance, Financial, and Travel & Hospitality.
  • Interpret conversations that may range from simple to complex or technical.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Fully fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week.
  • Possess manual dexterity for typing or taking notes.
  • Previous experience is not required.
  • Experience in teaching or translation is considered an asset.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera for video interpretation, which is a mandatory aspect of this role.

Remote Technical Requirements

  • A personal device such as a tablet, laptop, or desktop.
  • A private, high-speed internet connection for work-related communications.
  • A dry-erase marker board or paper shredder.
  • A dedicated, private, and quiet workspace within your home.
