Workforce Management Analyst
Kelly® is seeking a Workforce Management Analyst to join a leading healthcare company. This is a part-time, 20-hour per week position with a pay rate of $48.27 per hour.

Typical Day:
As a Workforce Management Analyst, you will:
- Manage daily time tracking reports, review necessary changes, and report trends or issues to leadership.
- Recognize and initiate the escalation process for system outages and submit problem tickets to the help desk.
- Interact with operations leadership and employees to ensure a balance between business and employee needs.
Ideal Candidate:
This role might be an outstanding fit if you have:
- 5+ years of workforce management experience in a call center setting, including reporting and analytics.
- Previous experience with IEX Workforce Management or similar platforms (AWS or Avaya).
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
- VB and SQL skills are a plus.
