We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting for a variety of corporate functions, including Sales, Marketing, and other professional positions. This is a fully remote contract opportunity with an initial duration of at least three months and the potential for extension based on business needs and performance. Position pays up to $45.00 per hour and comes with full benefits including PTO, paid holidays, and health insurance.
In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, source top talent, and manage candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle. This is a highly visible, client-facing position where communication, organization, and follow-through are critical to success. Hiring managers expect regular updates throughout the recruiting process, so you'll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships, providing market insights, coordinating interviews, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source and identify qualified candidates using a variety of recruiting tools and techniques
- Screen candidates and manage them throughout the interview process
- Schedule interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers
- Provide regular recruiting updates, market insights, and candidate feedback to stakeholders
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions
- Negotiate employment offers with selected candidates
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
- Meet recruiting metrics while delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience
- 5-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in either a corporate recruiting environment or agency
- Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or other professional-level positions
- Strong sourcing experience and ability to identify passive candidates
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using recruiting metrics and market data to drive recruiting strategies
- Experience with Workday or other applicant tracking systems is preferred
- Manufacturing or consumer products industry experience is a plus
