Job Summary

Our client is seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant to join their team!

Core Responsibilities

  • Supports the design and execution of change management strategies and plans aligned to project objectives
  • Conducts change impact analyses to assess how initiatives affect people, processes, and operations
  • Identifies, analyzes, and ensures strong engagement and alignment
  • Develops and delivers clear, targeted communications to support awareness and understanding of change
  • Coordinates and assists with training programs, materials, and end-user readiness activities
  • Tracks and reports on change adoption metrics, readiness, and employee feedback
  • Identifies potential resistance and supports development of mitigation strategies
  • Collaborates with project managers, HR, and business leaders to embed change activities into project plans

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years experience related to organizational change management, HR, communications, or project management
  • Solid understanding of change management principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Candidate must be a self-starter, driven, and high performing with attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced and evolving environments
  • Must have situational awareness and ability to understand human behavior and organizational dynamics
  • Ability to present technical and non-technical information to a variety of audiences, effectively lead meetings, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Prosci certification is a plus

Work Environment

  • Location: San Diego, CA
  • 4 days a week onsite, Monday- Thursday; Friday will be fully remote

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $55.00 and $61.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
