Position Overview

A leading creative operations team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support marketing initiatives, brand campaigns, and high-volume digital asset production. The ideal candidate brings structure to ambiguity, is proactive and detail-oriented, and thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments. The Project Manager will focus on coordinating workflows, facilitating communication, and ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence across both integrated and digital-first campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day execution of creative projects and marketing campaigns, including social activations and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain project timelines, trackers, status reports, meeting notes, and workflow documentation.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communications between creative, marketing, production, and external partners.
  • Support project intake, scoping, prioritization, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Oversee development and delivery of digital creative assets for social, email, display, and in-app use.
  • Ensure creative deliverables meet brand standards and are reviewed and approved on schedule.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of assets.
  • Identify project risks, flag blockers, and drive proactive solutions.
  • Champion continuous workflow and process improvements; help scale operations as the team grows.
  • Use project management tools and collaboration platforms to streamline communications and improve visibility.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies---including AI-powered workflows---that support creative process efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 4--6 years of project management, creative operations, production, or marketing operations experience within in-house teams or creative agencies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating creative production for social, digital, and video channels.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative and solutions-oriented; proactive in identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong sense of accountability, follow-through, and problem-solving ability.
  • Passionate about creative operations, process improvement, and building scalable systems.

Job Details

  • Location: Remote (USA; based in San Francisco, CA; 2nd St office, if on-site required)
  • Classification: W2 under Staffing Supplier -- 40 hours per week
  • Contract Duration: 6 months
  • Compensation: $65-70/hour
