Contract Type: W2 through staffing supplier

About the Role

We're looking for a Procurement Specialist to join an exciting technology company! This fully remote position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to drive meaningful results.

What You'll Do

• Lead contract negotiations with technology and IT suppliers (SaaS, PaaS, hardware, and telecom agreements)
• Work closely with business owners and stakeholders, supporting sourcing requests and contract separation projects
• Manage multiple supplier negotiations at once, ensuring agreements are right-sized and optimized for value
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams
• Prepare regular updates and progress reports for leadership

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration required (no exceptions)
• 7+ years of hands-on procurement, sourcing, or supplier negotiation experience---preferably in IT or tech
• Super organized: able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease
• Proven communication skills---clear, professional, and collaborative
• Experience negotiating technology contracts (SaaS, PaaS, software, IT services, hardware, telecom)
• A problem-solver and "doer" who likes to take ownership and deliver results

Nice to Have

• 10+ years of experience
• Semiconductor industry background
• Master's Degree, JD, or Bar Pass
• Experience with large-scale technology projects
