Kforce has a client that is seeking a Talent Management Specialist for a remote role.

Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented coordinator to join the Talent & Development team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth delivery of our performance management programs by providing exceptional operational and organizational support. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, possess strong writing skills, and be driven to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and coordination of employee-facing programs and initiatives, while maintaining detailed project documentation to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and a friendly and collaborative tone in all materials.
  • Confidently manage data, ensuring accuracy and surfacing insights.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of operations experience managing high volumes of transactions in a fast-paced environment in HRIS space; Open to more experience if a strong fit.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, collaborate, and meet deadlines.
  • Clear and approachable communication style, complemented by a strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a detail-oriented mindset, adept at auditing data to identify inaccuracies and leveraging AI to help.
  • Committed to producing high-quality work with a keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace.
  • Asana and Slack experience.
  • Strong Workday and Asana experience.
  • HRIS Experience.
  • Understands HR Program Management and Performance Programs.
  • Experience as a Program Coordinator around HR Programs.
  • Experience leveraging AI to help in efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
