Lead OpenPages Engineer

Requirements

Must have:

• Extensive hands-on experience with IBM OpenPages configuration
• In-depth understanding of OpenPages configuration principles (workflows, object models, security, questionnaires, calculations)
• Familiarity with Operational Risk Management; exposure to RCM, MRG, or BCM modules is a plus
• Proven capability to work autonomously and take charge of configuration delivery
• Strong skills in documentation, analysis, and troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications:

• OpenPages certification or formal training
• Experience with configuration migration and deployment processes
• Knowledge of OpenPages implementation tools and resources
• Experience with large-scale, multi-module OpenPages deployments

Responsibilities:

• Translate solution decision documents into detailed, actionable configuration tasks
• Transform solution designs into configuration initiatives and deployment-ready artifacts
• Deliver solutions by leveraging out-of-the-box OpenPages functionalities when feasible; limit custom development unless explicitly sanctioned
• Facilitate configuration migration and promotion across various environments
• Develop and sustain configuration documentation and decision traceability
• Operate independently while engaging with solution leads, business analysts, and stakeholders
• Assist in testing and address configuration-related issues
• Configure OpenPages elements including:
  • Object models and their relationships
  • Fields, views, questionnaires, and calculations
  • Workflows and their behaviors
  • Roles, groups, and security/access controls
