Oracle Fusion Security Architect (HCM)

Responsibilities

Kforce's direct client in Jersey City, NJ is looking for a Senior Oracle Fusion Security Architect for HCM. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, open to hybrid on-site or remote.

This client is seeking a senior-level Oracle Fusion Security resource with a focus on supporting HCM and related workflows. The ideal candidate can translate business requirements into Oracle-compliant, secure solutions, not just configure within silos.

Primary Focus Areas:

• Oracle Fusion HCM Security
• Risk Management Console (RMC)
• Workflow design across HR, Finance, and integrated platforms
• Separation of duties, access controls, provisioning, entitlements, and compliance

Requirements:

• Oracle Cloud Fusion Security for HCM - Must have HCM module expertise.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Oracle-compliant, secure solutions, not just configure within silos.
• Experience with Core Oracle components: ERP, HCM, RMC, OIC, EPM (FCCS, EPBCS, EDMCS), FDI.
• Integrated tools experience to include ServiceNow, SailPoint (currently for onboarding), and persona-based access models (largely manual today).

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
