SAP analyst - remote

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for SAP, including maintenance and incident resolution via the help desk, focusing on user and role management.
• Oversee SAP configuration changes, manage tickets, conduct testing, and facilitate deployments across various environments.
• Execute SAP enhancement and expansion projects both independently and as part of PMO-led initiatives.
• Assist with SAP activations, upgrades, implementations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, SAP service providers, and business stakeholders to deliver cross-functional solutions.
• Ensure adherence to audited change control protocols.
• Maintain and apply patches to SAP application servers for peak performance.
• Develop and test backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Create and uphold system, support, and training documentation.

Requirements

Must have:

• Bachelors degree
• Current SAP certifications
• Over 3 years of experience in supporting, administering, and implementing SAP S/4HANA
• Familiarity with FICO, MM, Security Architecture, Manufacturing, and PP
• Experience with AP Automation, CPGRC, and Glasswing
• Excellent communication skills and a strong ownership mindset
