Senior InfoSec Project Manager

Requirements

Must have:

• Over 10 years of experience as a Senior Project or Program Manager in complex technology initiatives
• Strong technical expertise with background in engineering roles, crucial for effectively managing InfoSec initiatives
• Proven track record in delivering InfoSec or risk remediation programs
• Experience collaborating with Data Engineering, platform, or cloud-native teams
• Proficient in managing dependencies and overseeing multiple workstreams
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Highly organized with a focus on delivery
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate within regulated environments
• Pragmatic and driven by results

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the simultaneous delivery of multiple InfoSec initiatives within Data Engineering
• Develop and maintain comprehensive delivery plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and expected outcomes
• Serve as the primary coordination point among engineering, platform, cloud, and security teams
• Establish and enforce delivery governance methods, including RAID, action tracking, and executive reporting
• Proactively identify and address risks; provide clear options and recommendations for resolution
• Collaborate with architects and technical leads to ensure secure-by-design and feasible solutions
• Integrate automation and validation components into delivery plans
