Senior NetSuite Developer

About the Role

We are a growing technology company offering a 100% remote full-time opportunity for a Senior NetSuite Platform Developer, based in the Phoenix, AZ area. Requirements

Must have:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3--7+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience.
• Advanced expertise in SuiteScript 2.x, with working knowledge of SuiteScript 1.0.
• Strong capability with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, saved searches, and NetSuite configuration.
• Experience building integrations with REST, SOAP, RESTlets, OAuth/TBA, and related tools.
• Solid JavaScript skills, including ES6+, along with familiarity with HTML and CSS.
• Experience supporting full-cycle NetSuite implementations and data migration efforts.
• Strong understanding of core ERP processes, including GL, AP/AR, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay.
• Familiarity with Git and Agile delivery practices.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with SDF and middleware or iPaaS platforms such as Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft, or Workato.
• NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation or SuiteCloud Developer I.
• Experience with AI-enabled integrations, workflow automation, or process optimization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x.
• Build and refine workflows, reports, forms, roles, permissions, and other system settings.
• Create and maintain integrations through RESTlets, SuiteTalk, and middleware or iPaaS solutions.
• Manage solution deployments using SuiteBundler and the SuiteCloud Development Framework.
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation across multiple systems.
• Act as the NetSuite subject matter expert and system owner throughout the ERP rollout and afterward.
• Partner closely with finance, accounting, and operations teams to deliver scalable business solutions.
• Drive automation, operational efficiency, and ongoing platform optimization.
• Help lead a multi-system ERP consolidation and full NetSuite deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to modernize financial and operational processes.
