Role Overview

We are hiring a Regional Managing Director -- Commercial (North America) to lead and scale our business across the U.S. and Canada.

This is a senior leadership role for a commercially driven professional with a strong background in enterprise sales, business development, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for building the market, closing high-value deals, and leading a growing commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development and revenue growth across North America
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies
  • Build, manage, and scale a commercial sales team
  • Generate and close enterprise deals ($500K -- $20M )
  • Establish and expand strategic partnerships and client relationships
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline (3x--5x revenue coverage)
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful execution
  • Contribute to pricing strategy, sales positioning, and market expansion
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasting and performance reporting

Required Experience & Skills

  • 10 years in enterprise sales, B2B sales, business development, or commercial leadership
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals ($500K )
  • Experience in outsourcing, staffing, BPO, or consulting services (preferred)
  • Strong network in Technology, Healthcare, Aviation, or Logistics sectors
  • Experience building and leading sales teams or regional markets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution capability
