Network Support Specialist

We are looking for a Network Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of the Company's network facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verification of documents from contracting organizations when processing Access Permits;
• Participation in the inventory of network facilities;
• Filling and maintaining the relevance of databases used in facility maintenance;
• Administration of planned preventive maintenance at network facilities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably legal or technical/construction);
• Confident user of MS Office and experience working with a large volume of documents;
• At least 1 year of experience in telecommunications (desirable, but not mandatory).

Personal Qualities That Will Help You in Your Work:

• Responsibility, attention to detail;
• Ability to work in a team and in a multitasking environment;
• Analytical thinking.

Will Be a Plus:

• Knowledge of PUE, PTEES, PBES, and other labor protection regulations.

Experience in telecommunications is not required! We train all new employees, and during the probationary period, each employee receives an experienced mentor who helps them adapt and master all work processes.

Work Schedule:

Hybrid (mostly remote). Since YTK offices are located in almost every city in Ukraine, you can freely choose: to work from home or visit us for face-to-face interaction with colleagues.

LLC "Ukraine Tower Company" is a Ukrainian company that builds telecom towers and leases them to telecom operators. YTK was founded in 2021 based on the technological and expert base of the largest Ukrainian telecom operator Kyivstar. Currently, the company's portfolio includes over 9,000 sites (masts, towers, poles) throughout Ukraine. Our goal is to provide mobile coverage even where it was previously impossible.
