Role Overview

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation

$125,000 -- $170,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop diverse learning content such as eLearning modules and instructor-led training
  • Transform existing briefs and decks into engaging learning experiences
  • Collaborate with the enablement team on actionable field-ready learning materials
  • Partner with subject matter experts to validate and structure content
  • Create interactive courses using Articulate Rise
  • Concept and produce focused microvideos for key learning topics
  • Develop certification programs and assessments to gauge learning
  • Manage and update content in the LMS to reflect product and process changes
  • Support live training sessions with materials and guides
  • Track engagement metrics to refine program effectiveness

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design or related field, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech
  • Proven ability to create engaging training content from existing materials
  • Hands-on experience with Articulate Rise and Articulate 360 suite
  • Skilled in producing microvideos for learning
  • Experience managing content in a modern LMS, preferably Thought Industries
  • Strong writing and storytelling capabilities
  • Familiarity with sales processes and supporting sales enablement functions
