Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Compensation Analysts for commission processing and support
  • Design and implement scalable commission plans aligned with business objectives
  • Provide insights to senior leadership on commission strategies and optimization
  • Oversee timely processing of global commission payouts in partnership with Finance
  • Create communication resources for plan rollouts and policy changes
  • Direct the development of dashboards and reporting tools for data insights
  • Lead resolution of commission-related inquiries from the Revenue organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, HR, or related fields
  • 8+ years of experience in sales compensation, business analysis, finance, or related roles; SaaS or tech environments preferred
  • 3+ years of people management experience, including leading analysts or compensation operations teams
  • Experience in high-growth, pre-IPO, or public companies is a plus
