Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Sales Compensation Analysts for commission processing and support
- Design and implement scalable commission plans aligned with business objectives
- Provide insights to senior leadership on commission strategies and optimization
- Oversee timely processing of global commission payouts in partnership with Finance
- Create communication resources for plan rollouts and policy changes
- Direct the development of dashboards and reporting tools for data insights
- Lead resolution of commission-related inquiries from the Revenue organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, HR, or related fields
- 8+ years of experience in sales compensation, business analysis, finance, or related roles; SaaS or tech environments preferred
- 3+ years of people management experience, including leading analysts or compensation operations teams
- Experience in high-growth, pre-IPO, or public companies is a plus
