Job Summary For NICE Developer

  • Role: NICE Developer (2 3 Openings)
  • Location: Remote (EST/CST preferred; Detroit Metro/Dearborn, MI a plus)
  • Type: Contract (long-term potential)
  • Schedule: EST/CST hours

Summary Of Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement NICE CXone (or NICE inContact) solutions.
  • Build and maintain IVR call flows and routing logic.
  • Integrate NICE platforms with backend systems and APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Support migration from Cisco-based contact center systems to NICE.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize contact center workflows within NICE environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, product, business stakeholders).
  • Develop and promote best practices and standards for NICE development.

Summary Of Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with NICE platforms (CXone/inContact).
  • Strong knowledge of contact center technologies and call flow development.
  • IVR design, scripting, and integration experience.
  • Proficiency in API and backend integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Enterprise environment and large-scale system experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in NICE environments.

Nice To Have

  • Experience migrating from Cisco to NICE platforms.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages used in NICE.
  • Experience with workforce optimization (WFO) tools in NICE.
  • Background in financial services or large enterprise environments.
  • Proximity to Dearborn/Detroit area for team alignment.
