Repricing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Prepare and track overpayments from providers for solicited refunds
• Contact providers for status updates on refund requests
• Independently review, analyze, and determine appropriate refunds
• Ensure all refund processes comply with client Summary Plan Descriptions
• Draft and track overpayment request letters
• Maintain accurate overpayment logs and documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding terminology (preferred)
• Claims recovery experience (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
