Remote - Inside Sales Consultant
LaserAway is seeking a full-time Remote Aesthetic Sales Consultant, West Coast preferred.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to earn significant income by discussing treatments clients love. If you have a background in insurance, beauty, or aesthetic sales and enjoy constant communication, this role is ideal for you. You will conduct virtual consultations, cultivate a dedicated client base, and earn commission on every treatment plan sold. Top performers can achieve six-figure incomes in their first year.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to warm leads provided by the company (no cold calling).
- Conduct virtual consultations via phone or video, creating personalized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on LaserAway's services, including laser hair removal, skin treatments, and injectables.
- Present financing options and close sales.
- Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams to ensure smooth client transitions.
Who Excels in This Role
- Minimum of 3 years in consultative or commission-based sales (insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail).
- Comfortable with high call volumes and meeting weekly/monthly sales quotas.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline and thrive in a remote work environment.
- Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, or beauty.
- Availability for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base hourly rate of $20.
