REMOTE AESTHETIC SALES CONSULTANT
LaserAway is seeking a remote sales professional to join our team. West Coast location preferred. This is a full-time role offering a $20/hr base salary plus uncapped commission, with six-figure potential in your first year.
If you have experience closing deals in insurance, beauty, or aesthetic sales and thrive on high-volume communication, this role is for you. You will conduct virtual consultations, build a loyal client base, and earn commission on every treatment plan sold.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Make outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads (no cold list dialing).
- Run virtual consultations via phone or video to build personalized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on LaserAway's services, including laser hair removal, skin treatments, and injectables.
- Present financing options and close deals.
- Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for seamless client handoffs.
WHO CRUSHES IT IN THIS ROLE
- 3+ years of experience in consultative or commission-based sales (insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, or luxury retail).
- Comfortable with high call volume and hitting weekly/monthly quotas.
- Self-motivated: you manage your own pipeline and thrive in a remote work environment.
- Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, or beauty.
- Available for some evenings and weekends to match client availability.
