Position Overview
The firm is looking for a motivated litigation attorney with 2--6 years of experience who can take ownership of cases while working closely with senior attorneys. The role involves a broad range of civil litigation matters, offering hands-on experience and meaningful responsibility from day one. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a caseload from inception through resolution
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Participate in hearings, mediations, and trials
- Collaborate with partners and clients on litigation strategy
Qualifications
- 2--6 years of litigation experience (California experience preferred)
- Experience in civil litigation; defense-side experience is a plus, but not required
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
