Position Overview

The firm is looking for a motivated litigation attorney with 2--6 years of experience who can take ownership of cases while working closely with senior attorneys. The role involves a broad range of civil litigation matters, offering hands-on experience and meaningful responsibility from day one. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a caseload from inception through resolution
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Participate in hearings, mediations, and trials
  • Collaborate with partners and clients on litigation strategy

Qualifications

  • 2--6 years of litigation experience (California experience preferred)
  • Experience in civil litigation; defense-side experience is a plus, but not required
  • Active membership in the California State Bar
  • Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
