Legal Counsel - Fully Remote (US/EU)

I'm currently supporting a high-growth technology company as they look to hire a Senior Legal Counsel to join their expanding legal function.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a scaling business operating at the intersection of technology, financial services, and digital infrastructure. As the company continues to expand into increasingly regulated markets, they are looking for a commercially focused lawyer to help build and strengthen in-house legal capabilities. This person can be based in the US or in Europe.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Leading complex commercial and enterprise contract negotiations
• Advising on SaaS agreements and technology-related matters
• Supporting GDPR, privacy, and broader compliance initiatives
• Partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Helping the business navigate growth within regulated industries

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong commercial contracts experience, particularly SaaS and enterprise agreements
• Solid knowledge of GDPR, privacy, and compliance frameworks
• Experience supporting international operations, including European entities
• A pragmatic, business-oriented approach to legal advice
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
