Senior QA/ UAT Lead

Role Overview

• Location: 100% Remote
• Work Hours: Starts at 6am PST
• Employment Type: W2 only (No C2C or 3rd Party candidates)
• Target Pay: $55 - $70 per hour

Key Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of experience in QA, Testing, or UAT leadership.
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end UAT programs.
• Expertise in UAT planning, governance, execution, and defect management.
• Skilled in business tester coordination and training facilitation.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.
• Experience operating within large consulting-led implementations.
• Proficiency in Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous, high-pressure delivery environments.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with CCaaS, Genesys Cloud, Oracle transformation programs, utilities, or large system integrators is highly preferred.
