As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Case Manager to support our attorneys and clients across all practice areas.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Case Manager will serve as a central point of coordination for active client matters across the firm's immigration, corporate, and real estate practice areas. Reporting directly to the supervising attorney, this individual will manage case timelines, facilitate client communications, organize and maintain case files, and ensure that all matters progress efficiently toward resolution.
This is a fully remote position requiring a high degree of self-direction, professional judgment, and organizational acuity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Case Coordination & Management
- Manage and monitor active case files across immigration, corporate, and real estate title matters, ensuring all deadlines, filings, and action items are tracked and met.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date digital case records in the firm's case management system.
- Prepare and review case status reports for attorney review on a regular basis.
- Coordinate the collection, review, and organization of client documents and supporting materials.
- Identify potential case issues or delays proactively and communicate them to the supervising attorney in a timely manner.
Client Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding case status updates, document requests, and scheduling.
- Conduct initial client intake interviews and compile relevant case information for attorney review.
- Maintain professional, responsive, and empathetic communication with clients throughout the duration of their matters.
- Coordinate client appointments, consultations, and follow-up communications.
Administrative & Compliance Support
- Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions, corporate formation documents, and real estate title materials.
- Track filing deadlines and government processing timelines, including USCIS, state agency, and county recorder requirements.
- Maintain compliance with firm policies regarding client confidentiality, data security, and document retention.
- Coordinate with external parties including government agencies, title companies, and registered agents as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal case management, paralegal, or legal assistant role.
- Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following practice areas: immigration law, corporate/business law, or real estate.
- Proficiency with legal case management software and standard office productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface professionally with clients and government agencies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple active matters simultaneously under deadlines.
- High level of discretion and adherence to confidentiality obligations.
Preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with USCIS forms, immigration filing procedures, and case processing timelines.
- Prior experience working in a small or boutique law firm environment.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, legal administration, or a related field.
- Experience with remote work environments and virtual client communication.

Pay: $25.04 - $30.15 per hour
