Job Summary
We are looking for a true high-ticket sales closer with 3+ years of experience closing high-ticket offers over the phone through Zoom sales calls.
This is NOT a retail sales position.
This is NOT car sales, cashier sales, phone store sales, or an in-person retail experience.
We are specifically looking for experienced remote high-ticket closers who understand consultative sales, objection handling, urgency, emotional intelligence, and closing premium offers.
Experience closing business acquisition, investment, coaching, consulting, private equity, real estate, or other high-ticket financial opportunities is a major plus.
If your experience is not aligned with high-ticket remote sales, please do not apply.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of proven high-ticket closing experience
- Experience closing offers $5,000+ over Zoom or phone calls
- Strong objection handling and emotional intelligence
- Ability to build trust and authority quickly
- Experience working inside CRMs and sales pipelines
- Highly organized and able to manage follow-ups independently
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Competitive mindset and KPI driven
- Comfortable handling financing conversations and payment collection
- Self-motivated and reliable in a remote environment
- Business acquisition or investment-related sales experience is a huge plus

- People with no proven high-ticket closing experience
- Applicants without remote sales call experience
Key Responsibilities
Sales Calls
Conduct high-level sales calls with qualified leads using our sales process and framework.
Closing and Payment Collection
Successfully close deals, process payments, explain financing options, and ensure all agreements are signed properly.
CRM and Pipeline Management
Manage and update Elite360 CRM daily with accurate notes and pipeline tracking.
Follow-Up
Maintain follow-up communication with leads and clients to improve conversion and client satisfaction.
Training and Team Participation
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and call reviews regularly.
Administrative Duties
Maintain closer sheets, submit End-of-Day reports, and track performance metrics consistently.

Job Type: Full-Time Work Location: Fully Remote Pay: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
