Life Insurance Agent-Entry Level

Overview:

We are expanding our team and hiring individuals interested in working in the life insurance industry. This role is open to both licensed agents and individuals who are not yet licensed but are willing to complete the required licensing process.

Full training, onboarding, and support are provided for new agents.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients regarding life insurance options and coverage needs
• Assist families in understanding available protection plans
• Follow a structured training and onboarding process
• Maintain consistent daily activity and follow company procedures

For licensed agents:

• Begin working with clients immediately using provided systems and training

For non-licensed candidates:

• Complete required state licensing with guidance and support before starting client work

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and follow a structured process
• Self-motivated and consistent in daily activity
• Must meet state licensing requirements (assistance provided for those not yet licensed)

No prior experience in insurance is required.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position.

Compensation is based on performance and completed business. There is no hourly wage or salary.

Additional Information:

This is an independent contractor role. Training and onboarding support are provided to help new agents succeed in the field.
