Job Opportunity: Real Estate Acquisition Associate -- Investment Specialist
Are you an early career professional in the real estate or finance fields? We are seeking skilled professionals to underwrite potential deals across the USA for our investors.
About the Role
As part of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating potential real estate deals to determine their profitability and investment potential. We take care of finding the investors, and you take care of identifying high-quality investment opportunities that yield strong returns.
This is a commission-only position, offering a highly competitive payout structure:
- 20% of the wholesale fee (wholesale fee is usually $10-20k per deal)
- 5% of our 20% profit share once the property is sold (profits are usually 40-80k)
- Realistic progression to 6 figure income in your first year: within 3 months the average full-time Associate is closing 4 deals a month - $12,000 in only wholesale fees, not including $3000 in profit sharing, every month!
- After 3 months, the average full-time Associate closes 5 a month or more- so more than $15,000 a month, with a flexible, remote schedule, plus profit sharing.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for experienced real estate professionals with:
- Proven experience and interest in the real estate or finance fields
- Strong underwriting and deal analysis skills
- Ability to source off-market properties and negotiate with sellers, given we provide the sources
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for real estate investing
- Entrepreneurship/business development experience preferred
- Ability to dedicate 20-40 hours a week to this role
