Your Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement AWS-based voice and contact center solutions.
• Develop scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architectures following AWS best practices.
• Lead cloud infrastructure design, deployment, and optimization initiatives.
• Integrate voice platforms with enterprise applications, including Salesforce Service Cloud where applicable.
• Implement automation and orchestration solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments and infrastructure changes.
• Troubleshoot complex cloud and voice platform issues and provide architectural guidance to technical teams.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solution requirements and technology roadmaps.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud architecture, AWS solution design, and enterprise voice platforms.
• Expert-level proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, infrastructure management, and security best practices.
• Experience designing and deploying scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
• Experience with cloud automation and orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD methodologies and deployment pipelines.
