Lennor Metier Consulting is partnering with a multinational tech company to find a Business Operations Project Coordinator based in BGC.
Job Details
- Salary Range: Open
- Work Setup: Hybrid
- Shift Schedule: Night Shift, 9:00 pm - 5:00 am
- Location: BGC
Your Responsibilities
Reporting & Dashboard Development
- Configure and implement dashboards in Google systems to display pre-approved KPIs.
- Design and develop dashboards and analytical solutions to support GNT stakeholders.
Data Solutions & Automation
- Define target data models, source system logic, and data transformation rules.
- Perform data extraction and transformation as necessary to populate the agreed-upon dashboard data models using Google technologies (including Plx).
- Develop scripts and automation to ensure metrics are generated reliably and efficiently.
- Collaborate with leads and stakeholders to standardize metrics and measurement methodologies across functions.
Project Support & Communication
- Provide weekly status updates on the dashboard development project.
- Manage and communicate project timelines, milestones, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Manage communications and updates about data solutions and project status to stakeholders.
Deliverables / Key Milestones
- Build dashboards for pre-defined OKRs, KPIs, and metrics.
- Track defined milestones, reaching out/following up with stakeholders for timely completion.
- Collect data and build insights for specific initiatives and goals.
- Identify risks, follow up, and escalate as necessary.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or a similar technical role.
- Proven experience with project coordination and process tracking in a technical domain.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Sheets/Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) to create charts and dashboards.
- Experience with metrics generation and analysis using timeseries data.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with defining data models and data provisioning.
- Experience with scripting (e.g., Python, Google Apps Script) to automate data processes is desired.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with an ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Google-specific technologies like Plx.
- Comfortable working in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
- Background in Computer Science, Networking, or Engineering, or practical experience working in a technical environment.
