Job Details

• Salary Range: Open
• Work Setup: Hybrid, Mostly WFH
• Shift Schedule: Day Shift
• Location: BGC

Your Responsibilities

In addition to ensuring activities by Change Analyst are performed, the Lead Change Analyst shall also be responsible for providing assistance to General Service Management Change Manager:

• Assist Gen Service Management Process Owner to ensure effective implementation of the process across GEN organization.
• Review the process effectiveness & efficiency.
• Establish procedures for Change Management as per defined process & policies.
• Maintain the Change Management process documentation.
• Ensure adequate process training is available for the organization.
• Ensure Change Management processes integrate with other processes.
• Provide guidance to the change owner, implementer and requester at all levels.
• Monitor and report on the performance of the process and benchmark the process performance.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous process improvements.
• Participate in other ITSM process initiatives and process reviews.

What We're Looking For

• Must have at least 5-7 years of experience in Change Management.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in IT Service Management.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong team player.
