Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is partnering with a multinational tech company to find a Java Enterprise Specialist for their Cebu office.

Salary Range: Up to ₱50,000 Work Setup: Hybrid (3 Days WFH, 2 Days Onsite) Shift Schedule: Day Shift Location: Cebu City

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing systems in Kotlin and understand application architecture.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to troubleshoot and fix production defects.
• Perform library upgrades and security fixes for identified vulnerabilities.
• Develop new features based on functional requirements for the UI backend.
• Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure code quality.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Kotlin development, with in-depth knowledge of frameworks and libraries such as Spring Boot and Spring Data.
• Proficiency in Java backend development, including Spring Boot and Spring Batch.
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• Experience in React.js development.
• Java development experience is a strong advantage.
• Experience in developing and maintaining Android applications is a plus.
