Job Details

• Salary Range: ₱110,000
• Work Setup: Hybrid
• Shift Schedule: Day Shift
• Location: Taguig City

The Role

The ideal candidate will act as a software detective, providing dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in MS Teams Telephony
• Experience as an MS Teams Voice Solution Expert
• Experience with Sonus & Cisco SBC
• Experience with WxCC
• Experience with Direct Routing
• Understanding of call flow and call transfer
• Knowledge of SBC (Session Border Controller)
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)
• Experience with SfB (Skype for Business)
• Cisco IPT
• Knowledge of legacy Cisco Voice systems
• Experience with Webex Calling
• Experience with Webex Contact Center (CC)
• Enterprise IP Telephony, Microsoft Teams Infrastructure
