Lennor Metier Consulting is partnering with a multinational tech company to find a Senior Data Analyst based in BGC, Taguig City.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically advanced Data Analyst to drive innovation in subsea fiber optic infrastructure analytics and intelligent automation. This role focuses on the research, design, and deployment of machine learning algorithms, geospatial intelligence solutions, and data-driven systems.

Responsibilities

Research & Algorithm Development

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and statistical algorithms for subsea fiber optic infrastructure analysis.
• Conduct R&D on predictive analytics, anomaly detection, route optimization, and risk modeling.
• Build scalable analytical frameworks for large volumes of structured and unstructured data.

Geospatial Intelligence & Spatial Analytics

• Perform advanced geospatial analysis for subsea route planning and monitoring.
• Develop spatial data models and mapping workflows using geospatial libraries.
• Create high-impact visualizations and dashboards for stakeholders.

Data Engineering & Pipeline Development

• Architect and maintain scalable data pipelines for ingesting and processing large-scale datasets.
• Build efficient ETL/ELT workflows.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability.

AI & LLM Integration

• Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI to automate research and analysis.
• Develop intelligent systems combining machine learning with LLM-based capabilities.
• Explore prompt engineering and RAG techniques.

Software Development & Tooling

• Design internal tools, web applications (Streamlit, FastAPI, Flask), APIs, and automation utilities.
• Develop CLI utilities and maintain scalable software components.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Translate complex findings into actionable insights for diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years in designing/deploying algorithms and data pipelines using ML and statistical techniques for subsea infrastructure.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow).
• Geospatial Expertise: Experience with Geopandas, Google Earth Engine (GEE), and QGIS.
• Machine Learning: Proven track record of deploying models in production.
• Software Development: Experience building web applications and robust CLI utilities.
• Data Engineering: Ability to architect pipelines and manage large-scale datasets.
• LLM Integration: Experience leveraging LLMs for process automation and data extraction.
