Remote - U.S. & Canada Only | Full-Time

Compensation:

  • U.S. Salary Range: $95,000-$130,000 USD
  • Canada Salary Range: $85,000-$115,000 CAD

We're not looking for someone to "manage projects." We're looking for someone to keep complex delivery moving when everything else would stall. Level Agency is hiring a highly organized, execution-focused Technical Project Manager to own delivery coordination across complex workstreams spanning Martech & Analytics, Engineering, and internal client-facing teams.

This is not a strategy role. It is not a technical builder role. And it is not for someone who waits for clean conditions before taking action.

This role sits inside our Martech & Analytics function and is built for someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, keep multiple concurrent workstreams moving, manage dependencies across technical and non-technical teams, and create visibility around what is on track, what is blocked, and what needs to happen next.

You'll play a critical role in helping Level deliver high-priority measurement, data, and activation work across the agency. That means improving delivery clarity, reducing operational drag, maintaining momentum across teams, and helping ensure important work gets shipped without losing focus or speed.

Your Role (and Impact)

As a Technical Project Manager, you'll be the operational execution lead responsible for coordinating, sequencing, and maintaining delivery across complex workstreams tied to measurement infrastructure, analytics implementation, signal quality, and activation initiatives.

This role is about making sure important work moves the way it should --- clearly, reliably, and with momentum. You'll help create the operating structure behind how work gets scoped, prioritized, tracked, and delivered across teams.

You will:

Own Delivery Backlog & Coordination

  • Own and maintain the delivery backlog across multiple active workstreams
  • Ensure every item has clear scope, ownership, status, timelines, and dependencies
  • Translate inputs from Analytics, Engineering, and internal client-facing teams into executable work
  • Keep priorities organized and visible so teams can move faster with less confusion

Lead Cross-Functional Delivery

  • Act as the connective layer between Martech & Analytics, Engineering, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage handoffs, follow-through, and coordination across concurrent initiatives
  • Resolve dependencies and reduce delivery bottlenecks before they slow execution
  • Keep teams aligned on what is moving, what is blocked, and what happens next

Drive Program & Milestone Management

  • Track progress against major internal and client delivery milestones
  • Surface risks early and clearly, with recommended paths forward
  • Ensure sequencing reflects technical dependencies, capacity realities, and business priorities
  • Maintain momentum across active programs without creating unnecessary process drag

Support Ongoing Activation & Operational Scale

  • Coordinate rollout, onboarding, and activation work across recurring initiatives
  • Help teams stay organized after launch---not just get work over the line once
  • Ensure work remains structured, visible, and operationally sound as programs expand
  • Bring discipline to ongoing delivery, not just one-time project completion

Improve Visibility, Reporting, and Execution Quality

  • Maintain clear, consistent delivery reporting for leadership and internal teams
  • Build the visibility teams need to make decisions and stay accountable
  • Keep blockers, tradeoffs, and shifts in priority transparent and actionable
  • Strengthen operational rigor across the department through better process and follow-through

Support Broader Department Planning

  • Support wider Martech & Analytics planning and delivery coordination as needed
  • Help the function operate more effectively across multiple priorities and shared resources
  • Contribute to stronger execution systems---not just project-by-project management

Requirements

What You Bring:

  • 5 years of experience in technical project or program management
  • Proven experience managing delivery across complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics ecosystems, including areas like measurement, tagging, CRM, data pipelines, or paid media operations
  • Proven ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams without owning hands-on execution directly
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate delivery status into clear business context
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Linear, or similar
  • Comfort operating in agile delivery environments including backlog management, sprint planning, and workflow prioritization
  • Strong organizational judgment, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • A mindset that values ownership, clarity, execution, and continuous improvement

Preferred Experience:

  • Agency or consulting experience
  • Experience supporting Martech, Analytics Implementation, measurement, or signal infrastructure work
  • Familiarity with EOS or similar operating frameworks
  • Experience supporting complex internal delivery models involving both technical and client-facing stakeholders
