Location: 100% Remote (Must be located in the US & authorized to work)

Compensation: Up to $165k base + discretionary bonus + partner-track equity opportunity

Requirements: 5-6+ years public accounting tax experience | 1-2 years as a Manager | CPA Required

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and manage tax compliance and planning for closely held businesses, pass-through entities, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Lead and develop client relationships with a quality-first approach.
  • Mentor junior and senior staff; contribute to internal training and team development.
  • Identify proactive tax planning opportunities and advise clients on evolving tax law.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior leadership on client strategy and firm growth.

Qualifications

  • Active CPA license required.
  • 5-6+ years of public accounting experience, with meaningful tax review and management responsibility (1-2 years as Manager).
  • Strong background in pass-through entities, closely held businesses, and/or HNW individual taxation.
  • Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
  • Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.
