The Role

As a Pass-Through Tax Manager, you'll lead complex tax engagements for partnerships, S-corporations, and other pass-through entities across a diverse and sophisticated client base. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and review pass-through entity tax returns and complex tax issues for partnerships and S-corporations
  • Lead client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of engagements
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop senior associates and staff within the tax practice
  • Collaborate across service lines including assurance, advisory, and wealth management
  • Identify tax planning opportunities and deliver proactive advisory guidance to clients
  • Support business development efforts and contribute to practice growth
  • Industries include manufacturing, real estate, private equity, construction, NFP, and more --- dealership/automotive experience is a strong plus

What You Bring

  • 5-6+ years of pass-through entity tax experience at a public accounting firm
  • CPA license required
  • Strong client-facing skills and experience managing engagements independently
  • Supervisory experience and a track record of developing junior staff
  • Dealership or automotive industry experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Total Compensation Package

  • 100% Remote Position
  • Base Salary: Up to $150,000 (based on experience)
  • Performance Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus

  • CPA Support: Up to $3,000 in CPA exam materials reimbursed + CPA exam bonus
