Client Accounting Services (CAS) Senior | Independent Boutique CPA Firm | 100% Remote

Location: 100% Remote (California-based candidates preferred)

Compensation: Up to $110,000 base + discretionary bonus + signing bonus available

Requirements: 5+ years CAS or outsourced accounting experience at a public accounting firm | Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance required

We are an independently owned, full-service CPA and advisory firm with nearly 90 years of history serving clients across California and nationally. Built around deep client relationships and a quality-first approach, we have grown into a recognized practice serving a diverse client base — from closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals to nonprofit organizations and complex entities across multiple industries.

We are transitioning to a fully remote model and are hiring a CAS Senior to join our client accounting and advisory practice — working directly with clients on the higher-level accounting and advisory work that makes a real difference in how they operate.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of CAS, outsourced accounting, or client advisory services experience at a public accounting firm.
• Strong foundation in monthly close, account reconciliation, financial reporting, and audit schedule preparation.
• Experience with accounts payable, payroll processing, and intercompany transactions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; accounting software experience required.
• Comfortable managing multiple client relationships simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• People management experience a plus.

• Base salary up to $110,000, commensurate with experience and location.
