What You'll Do

As a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager, you will:

• Manage and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for a diverse client base
• Lead client engagements and act as a trusted advisor on tax strategy and optimization
• Supervise and mentor staff, providing technical guidance and career development
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to firm growth
• Collaborate with leadership on workflow planning and resource management

What We're Looking For

• CPA license (active and in good standing)
• 6 years of recent public accounting experience, with a focus on tax
• Strong technical knowledge in federal and multi-state tax for individuals and business entities
• Proven experience managing client relationships and mentoring staff
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Experience with CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, or similar tax software is a plus
