Remote Tax Manager | Senior Tax Manager | Tax Director

55-Hour Busy Seasons | Up to $250K+ Base | Day 1 K-1 Equity

We're partnering with a growing public accounting and advisory firm that believes great client service doesn't require burnout. Busy season is capped at approximately 55 hours per week, allowing you to build a long-term career without the lifestyle that often comes with larger firms.

This is a fully remote opportunity working with privately held businesses and their owners on complex tax compliance, planning, and advisory engagements.

What You'll Do

  • Review Partnership, S Corporation, and Individual tax returns
  • Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Mentor and review staff work
  • Lead tax engagements from planning through delivery
  • Identify proactive tax planning opportunities for closely held businesses

Qualifications

  • Active CPA license required
  • 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
  • Experience reviewing Partnership, S Corporation, and Individual returns
  • Experience managing client engagements
  • Experience supervising or reviewing staff
  • Experience working with closely held businesses and their owners
