Fully Remote Senior Tax Manager - Trusts, Estates, & HNW Clients
Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Based)
Compensation: $150K-$250K+ Base Salary & Annual Bonus
We are a Top 100 CPA Firm serving HNW individuals, family offices, trusts, estates, closely held businesses, and multigenerational families. Our practice is built on deep technical expertise, exceptional client service, and a modern remote-first culture. We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager or Director to lead complex trust, estate, gift, and individual tax engagements while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and mentoring a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex trust, estate, gift, and HNW individual tax engagements
- Review Forms 1041, 706, 709, and complex individual returns
- Advise clients on estate planning, wealth transfer strategies, charitable planning, and fiduciary matters
- Manage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact
- Mentor and develop managers, seniors, and staff accountants
Qualifications
- Active CPA or EA - JD/LLM is nice to have
- 8+ years of public accounting & tax experience
- Significant experience with trusts, estates, gifts, and HNW taxation
- Strong technical knowledge of fiduciary and estate tax compliance
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary up to $250K+ (depending on level & experience)
