Job description

Role Summary

We are currently seeking experienced Tax Senior Managers or Tax Directors to join Top 100 and Top 300 CPA firms, as well as a Top 10 RIA Wealth Management firm with an in-house tax department. These roles are fully remote and offer a clear trajectory to Partner. We are looking for professionals with approximately 10–12 years of public accounting experience, specifically those with expertise in High Net Worth (HNW) individuals or extensive pass-through entity work.

Qualifications

  • CPA certification required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of public accounting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Strong commitment to high-quality client delivery.
  • Impressive professional background with stable tenure in public accounting.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary up to $275k, dependent on experience.
  • Annual bonus.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including 401k.
  • Full-time position with a defined leadership growth path to Partner.
