LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is partnering with a professional services firm to find an AP/Cash Apps Manager. Reporting to the Controller, you will lead a team of approximately 10 AP and Cash Apps Specialists. This role offers significant growth potential, stemming from a recent promotion.
Duties
- Manage and develop a multi-location accounting team (~10 staff)
- Drive process improvement and system efficiencies
- Oversee AP and cash application operations
- Partner with senior accounting leadership on operational initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Coach team members and support performance management
- Oversee vendors, payments, expenses, and corporate card programs
- Serve as escalation point for operational issues and risks
Requirements
- 5+ years' progressive accounting experience, ideally within a professional services environment
- 1+ years' supervision of multiple staff
- Bachelors in accounting
