Job Summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is partnering with a professional services firm to find an AP/Cash Apps Manager. Reporting to the Controller, you will lead a team of approximately 10 AP and Cash Apps Specialists. This role offers significant growth potential, stemming from a recent promotion.

Duties

  • Manage and develop a multi-location accounting team (~10 staff)
  • Drive process improvement and system efficiencies
  • Oversee AP and cash application operations
  • Partner with senior accounting leadership on operational initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
  • Coach team members and support performance management
  • Oversee vendors, payments, expenses, and corporate card programs
  • Serve as escalation point for operational issues and risks

Requirements

  • 5+ years' progressive accounting experience, ideally within a professional services environment
  • 1+ years' supervision of multiple staff
  • Bachelors in accounting
