LHH is partnering with one of our SoCal Healthcare clients to find a TEMPORARY Marketing Project Manager. This role is imperative to the organization. The Sales Director will lead a team in developing new strategies, maintain their own quota, manage existing business as well as creating and executing strategies to bring on new accounts/partnerships. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of marketing project management or related experience, strong attention to detail, and experience within medicare.
The organization is seeking an organized, collaborative professional to join the team for a short‑term 5 month contract, beginning ASAP. The team operates in a remote environment, with a PST schedule. This contract offers a pay rate of $30-$40/hr for a 40‑hour workweek.
Responsibilities
- Own project timelines, ensuring timely progress and accurate documentation.
- Coordinate between various departments including sales, marketing, compliance and more to update documents and fulfill production schedules.
- Review and proofread documents, updating according to compliance and regulations, pulling content from internal libraries and ensuring accurate and detailed document copy.
- Serve as overall marketing support, assisting with sales enablement and marketing.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience within marketing project management.
- REQUIRED experience within Medicare, understanding regulatory needs and healthcare.
- Project Management software experience (Monday.com, Jira, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail, in order to assist in copyediting and proofreading.
